I went to Phuket Thailand to stay at the Burasari hotel where Floyd’s Brasserie restaurant was located. I went to Phuket just to dine at Floyd’s restaurant.
It has taken me some time to write this piece because as of September 14th, 2009, I had lost all inspiration to create food. Still never mind, just get on with it as my mate Dave would say to me. Cheers to you Dave! I’m feeling better now, and more in the mood to re-start my blog again. Please take some time with me to remember one of the greatest cooks of all time. Take some time my gastronauts to travel back with me to great food, great wine, and rock and roll!
